🌍 Where Do We Ship?  
We ship **worldwide** via **DHL**, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery to your door.

💰 Shipping Rates  
- 📦 Standard DHL Shipping: €6.50  
- ⚡ Expedited DHL Shipping: €9.00  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

⏱ Processing Time  
Orders are processed within **24 to 48 business hours**. Once processed, your order enters production and is prepared for shipping.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times (EU Orders)  
- Standard DHL Shipping: 12–15 business days  
- Expedited DHL Shipping: 5–10 business days  

⏳ Delays & Exceptions  
Delivery times may vary based on location, customs processing, or peak periods (like holidays). Please allow an extra **7–14 business days** if needed.

🔎 Tracking Your Order  
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your **DHL tracking number** once your order ships, so you can monitor progress in real time.

📬 Address Changes  
Need to update your address? Email us at **support@boost-sim.com** within **24 hours** of placing your order.  
We may not be able to make changes once production starts.

🚫 Delivery Issues  
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, contact our team. We’ll coordinate with DHL to resolve it and ensure your Boost Sim gets to you.

🛃 Customs & Import Fees  
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes. These are the **customer’s responsibility** and are not covered by Boost Sim.

💸 REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our product and service. Here's how we handle refunds:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges  
We do **not accept returns or exchanges** unless:
- The item arrives **damaged**
- The order is **lost in transit** (verified by DHL)
- Card still has protection and was not opened.

✅ Refund Eligibility  
To request a refund, email **support@boost-sim.com** within **14 days of delivery**.  
Include:
- Your order number  
- A clear photo (if damaged)  
- A short description of the issue

🛑 Order Cancellations  
Changed your mind? Email us within **24 hours** of placing your order.  
Orders cannot be canceled after production has started.
